"Brown Bag It" For Hunger"

You can help provide meals that nourish the body and spirit of those in need. Community Kitchens asks you to “Brown Bag It”! Think about what you spend on lunch per day, week, month or year and donate that amount to Community Kitchens to help feed those who are hungry. “Brown Bag It” is also a great family or corporate activity that helps educate others about hunger in our own community.

For a short time your donations to Community Kitchen’s will mean even more! The Alan Shawn Feinstein Foundation (www.feinsteinfoundation.org) will donate additional money to Community Kitchens based on amount of funds raised between March 1st and April 30th of 2007. The more the Birmingham community gives the more this foundation will give back to Community Kitchens!
